The problem
A residential developer with 12+ years and 3,500+ homes delivered had a website that functioned like a static archive. Every new project meant a new manually built page, no standardized layout, and growing maintenance with every listing added.
What was built
- Rebuilt the entire site around a single Wix CMS collection instead of individually designed pages, so every project becomes a CMS item, not a new page
- One dynamic page template renders every project automatically, with SEO-friendly URLs generated per item
- Structured a consistent project layout (hero gallery, description, specifications, location, consultants, inquiry form) applied across every listing
- New project workflow reduced to adding CMS data and images -- no new page, no developer, no manual formatting
- Built graceful placeholder handling for projects where final client renders weren't yet delivered, so the catalog never shows a blank or broken page while assets are pending
- Homepage rebuilt around trust signals (years of experience, homes delivered) surfaced immediately instead of buried in text
